Extracted from the seeds, flowers, bark, leaves and roots of plants, essential oils are what give a lemon its fresh citrus scent or a rose its delicate floral aroma.

Many people connect the aroma of essential oils with the creation of a  luxurious and relaxing environment but they may  not be aware of the multitude of health conditions which essential oils can help to alleviate.  On both a physical and emotional level  aromatherapy can help:

• Muscular aches and pain
• Indigestion, constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome
• PMS, menstrual cramp & symptoms of menopause
• Respiratory problems, coughs, hay fever and sinusitis
• Poor circulation or detoxification resulting in symptoms such as cellulite, oedema & varicose veins
• A poor immune system which has left you prone to infection
• High blood pressure and elevated stress levels
• Headaches, migraine and insomnia

The treatment….

When you come for aromatherapy a brief consultation will ascertain your needs and a specific blend will be made tailored to those needs. You will be made to feel warm, comfortable, cosy and covered on the massage table and once your blend has been put together, your massage will begin. The towels will be discretely placed so that only the area being worked on is exposed and you can melt away into the atmosphere and surroundings. My aim is that you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and with your body in a better state of balance than when you arrived. The massage will help to imrprove your circulation and lymph drainage, oxygenating and detoxifying your body tissues, easing your mind and soothing aches and pains.

Massage is about  bringing your body back to a state of balance on a regular basis and making it more efficient at what it does best, stress and tension is habitual and accummulates over time, therefore it must be alleviated over time and massage ideally should be undertaken on as regular a basis as possible, take the first steps to retraining your body to relax and come back to the real you so you can make the most of life!

£20 for 30 minute treatment

 £37 for 60 minute full body treatment

£52 for 90 minute  full body including  luxury facial and head massage
